Annie Desilets - MA, ACC

FOUNDER

Annie has worked extensively in the humanitarian sector since 2006 advising senior management on solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of policies, project design and duty of care. After she experienced first-hand how crucial organizational leadership is to the success of individuals and organizations, she made a commitment to helping leaders build their skills and to help their organizations develop the leaders of today and tomorrow.

Working in some very tense, conflict-ridden and fragile environments for some years, and witnessing some blatant violations of human rights, Annie wanted to affect change in this area. After much perseverance, she completed a Master of Arts in International Law and Human Rights.

Subsequently, ADandA was founded within this niche to apply her belief in providing justice to those affected by inequality and exclusion. She focuses her energy on helping organizations create a safe working environment for staff and the people they serve.
